Your user name, which is required as a security measure, are displayed to service providers in the CLAS Healthcare network. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to obtain more services that match your interests and profile.

If you would like us to remove your records from our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request if we do not have any legal obligation to retain the record.

Our Policy Towards Children
The Services are not directed to persons under 13.
